In the video, the creator discusses an online generator tool they have created for automatic draft generation.
The tool is available at a link, but it can only be used on a laptop or desktop browser, not on mobile.
The creator explains that there are three tools in this generator: one for getting a CAW complaint copy from a police station, one for generating a child custody draft petition for fathers, and the third one for filing the CRPC 340 perjury application in case of false information in a wife’s affidavit for maintenance.
Questions to be answered in CrPC 340 perjury draft generator tool
Did your wife lie in her affidavit that she is not working?
Did your wife lie in her affidavit that her parents are dependent on her?
Did your wife materially suppress her true income in her affidavit?
The only choices to be filled are Yes or No. If there is at least one Yes to any of above questions, the tool will generate a draft application to initiate perjury proceedings under CrPC 340 against petitioner / applicant wife.
Note: more questions may be added in future
How this tool will help people facing false allegations and exorbitant demands in maintenance cases
The problem with maintenance laws is that there is no such thing as a false maintenance case – even if husband’s income is shown to be 5 times what it truly is, the maintenance demand is more than husband’s salary, and so on!
The second problem is that most husbands lack in legal knowledge about what constitutes perjury, many a time it is seen that those who have a good ground to file perjury do not file it, and on the other hand there are others who waste time and money on filing perjury when there is no real cause of filing it (e.g. one person filed perjury only on basis of certain contradictions in wife’s petition).
This tool takes the most commonly seen scenarios of strong perjury grounds in maintenance cases, and provides a generated template which will reduce the work to be done by 99% and create a ready made document which can be filed with very minimal modications.
The creator demonstrates how to use the tool by answering some questions and generating a draft document. The document includes boilerplate language and sections for adding relevant information, such as the wife’s stated income and the material suppression of income in her affidavit.
The creator advises users to seek legal advice and not file frivolous applications, as costs may be imposed.
