Rape by women, and why gender biased laws are evil

31 Mar 2010 By videv 5 Comments

Two newspaper articles below show the reality of rape by women.  Anyone in Indian government or legislature who is making laws only to protect women must be having their eyes closed, or waiting for a near and dear one to be sexually abused or raped by a woman, before they admit reluctantly to it.

👉(Read Online eBook): How to Fight and Reduce Maintenance under CrPC 125 and DV Act 👈

Interesting point is: the feminists always protest against making sexual abuse laws to be gender neutral.  If the same logic was applied to murder statistics, then murder laws should be applicable only against males.  Because in India, more than one lakh people are murdered every year and 90 % are male.

More than two lakh people die in accidents and 85% are male.

So if feminists’ logic of using statistics to push for gender biased laws was true, then laws related to murder should apply only to murder of males, and accident compensation should be given only to men!

Enough rave and rant, now the 2 news items below:

Rape by Women
=============

Occurrence

Although it is not commonly reported, or even discussed, females commit a significant number of rapes. It has been estimated that around 10,000 rapes committed each year in the United States are perpetrated by women. In fact, many experts believe that this number is an under representation, due to the fact that female rapes are very rarely reported.

Characteristics

Victims of female rape are usually older, weaker, or handicapped. Frequently, female rapists use objects to sodomize, rape, and overpower their victims. However, most females accused of rape are accomplices to male rapists and do not physically violate the victim.
Children are the most frequent victims of female rape. This usually takes form in statutory rape, or sexual intercourse between an adult woman and a consenting minor. Studies have shown that women involved in these relations are frequently seeking a substitute lover because they are alone, have a low self-worth, or are in a bad or violent relationship. Female rape of children can also take the form of incest or child molestation. In both of these cases, victims are not likely to come forward because the perpetrator is female.

Why Women Rape

Studies have shown that female rapists are driven by the same forces as their male counterparts: power, hostility, violence, alcohol or drug abuse, mental illness, and opportunity. Many female rapists were themselves victims of rape, incest or molestation at some point in life. Also, female accomplices to male rapists are commonly forced by threat of bodily harm to help in the perpetration of the crime.

Male Victims of Female Rape

Female rapes of men go largely unreported by male victims, and few men seek counseling or support. Men who do talk about their experience show similar effects as female victims of rape: loss of self-esteem, self-blame, fear of intimacy, and depression. Because many states do not include women in their rape statutes, female rapists go largely unpunished. Men are also discouraged from bringing female rapists to trial for fear that a judge or jury will not believe their story.

Women can rape men too

Lina Sinha, 40, began having sex with one of the pupils at the private Montessori International School of New York, when he was 12. And you thought only men could rape women, there’s a darker side to the truth? Read on…

Rohan Mon, Jan 12, 2009 17:54:47 IST

THERE IS a false notion among people that all rapists are men and that women can never rape men or commit sexual crimes on men. This article intends to educate the society about the darker side of the truth and to get men shed their false ego that men alone can rape.

A glaring example of reverse case is that of an Indian origin female teacher and director at an exclusive Manhattan private school who was, a couple of years ago, charged with statutory rape and sodomy of two male pupils.

Lina Sinha, 40, began having sex with one of the pupils at the private Montessori International School of New York, which encourages pupils to learn and develop their creativity at their own pace, when he was 12, assistant district attorney Florence Chapin told the court.

Sinha began sexual liaisons with the other boy, now a New York City police officer, when he was 13 and she was 29, the prosecutor said, adding that the liaison lasted for years.

Earlier, Sinha was charged with crime against just one boy. Later, Chapin disclosed the case of the second boy during a hearing in Manhattan’s state Supreme Court, in which she told Justice Carol Berkman that Sinha was now charged with 81 crimes. Chapin had asked the judge to set the teacher’s bail at $ 100,000.

Prosecutors had said Sinha had family ties in India and could possibly flee.

Chapin said Sinha, on administrative leave from the school on Manhattan’s East Side, began a sexual relationship with the first pupil in June, 1996, when he was a 13-year-old, an eighth-grader. She was charged in October 2005, with raping him.

When he had tried to end the affair in 2004, Chapin said, “Sinha tried to ruin his life by making up heinous allegations that he raped a young girl and then made separate allegations that he also brutally assaulted the defendant (Sinha).”

Sinha assumed another person’s identity on at least 10 occasions in 2004-05 to file rape charges in person, by telephone and by e-mail, claiming the policeman had raped her niece, the prosecutor had said.

Investigators found the person whose identity Sinha had assumed and that person said she did not have a niece, had never reported any rape and did not know the victim or the defendant, the prosecutor said.

The officer reported his former relationship with Sinha to police after the teacher tried to frame him and about a week before the five-year statute of limitations on her sex crimes would have expired, the prosecutor said.

Prosecutors said Sinha could not be charged with improper sexual contact with her former pupil after he turned 17 because that is the age of consent in New York State.

Meanwhile, in January 2001, Sinha began a sexual liaison with the second pupil, who was 12 and in the seventh grade, Chapin said.

Besides rape and sodomy, Sinha was charged with criminal impersonation, bribing a witness, tampering with physical evidence, endangering the welfare of a child and falsely reporting an incident. If convicted on the rape or sodomy charges, she would face up to 25 years in prison.

yes outset looks like consensual but what the female did had been done by male this so called feminism centric world would have treated as conspiracy.

This female acted as a friend, supported me on emotional stuff. Then she claimed her husband was suspecting us ( note when nothing was there) then her so called husband started calling me and later my family at mid night and sending nasty messages. He used to behave normally and apologise later all this seemingly under influence of alcohol. One day these calls started early in morning and he claimed that this female had told she had fallen for me. I spoke to this female advised her that this is going to spoil her life especially when we were just friends. I called both husband and wife with my wife in conference and asked her to tell truth and this female ended up saying that we were in love. Later same day evening both husband and wife apologise saying they had a fight and because of husbands suspicion she ended up saying in anger. Then she started getting close to me by narrating stories of her husbands harassment. She was supported even by her sister who said the same story. Parallels her husband used to randomly harass us and my family was broken and this female used vulnerability to be close to me. Once she got me to be emotionally dependent she used to behave like a psycho. I have evidences for all that I have said and have shared the same. Whenever I try to get out of this with difficulty she comes back and I had even alerted her husband to take care. This person says he does not own her and is not responsible. Finally she says I have to marry her and files a complaint that I forced her and abused her for 4 years.

This is great work. I used to work for one of the large IT firms and prestigious business houses of India known for its ethics. I am a victim of this gender biased harassment laws. A female colleague who worked with me for 8 years from 2007, has claimed in 2014 end that she was physically forced and abused in 2011. I had solid evidences to prove that this is false and had produced to above company HR where actually this female had written personal mails to me after this claim of force and abuse. Her husband and this female have harassed us. Since I was being threatened for extortion I had recorded her conversation and even have this as a evidence. She had used emails exchanged during her fights to claim harassment complaint. Though the organisation understands males are made soft targets as fights against this tarnishes you and finishes your job. The HR investigator said they will act on this female and ask her to resign instead the bright result is she has been promoted. So gender biased laws are not only used by woman they are also used in corporate politics to kill people and families. In the earnest to fight for woman , women’s rights activists forget that they promote such fraudulent elements and in net result end up weakening genuine cases.

They may be large IT firm or prestigious business houses to outside world, but if they are promoting such women instead of admonishing them, they are basically sitting on their fat butts and past laurels, such companies will decline and won’t be there after 10-15 years.

Many a time such unscrupulous and sometimes unhinged women are used by others in organisations to subdue someone else, to ruin or reduce their chances of promotion or career advancement.

Most of so called women’s rights activists are nothing but pusher of sob stories, specialists in marketing misery, creating and furthering their own interests in the name of perennial victimhood of women. They don’t care about anyone: women, men, children; but only about their own sinecure jobs and perks.

the problem is simple when such companies receive these complaint their first objective is to protect their name from coming out. I have even record of email exchanges with HR . My story should be a eye opener for people in such situations and not fall prey to nice words spoken by HR officers in such situations.

I was in South Africa when this complaint was filed working day and night for my company and leading a presentation for a 25 million USD opportunity. Behind my back my company was working on strengthening complaint of a former colleague who was in UK for three weeks. They had never informed me of the complaint so far. They had gone and spoken to people to verify about me which I came to know later.

After I land in India I am called for a meeting without mentioning details. They say it is a preinvestigation and tell me that thee is a complaint that I had physically forced and abused a female colleague some four years back. This person had worked with me till recently and people had seen us working together. I had asked them whether they had spoken to our colleagues and coworkers. Later on I came to know they had carefully chosen to speak to people who never worked with me, basically misdirected by someone. I asked them did they ask why this female worked with me for 8 years if indeed she was wronged. Also why does she appreciate me on official forum that I am the best leader. The HR guy says we understand there are inconsistencies but you know we have to form a committee and you never know outcome. We have to inform police etc. I ask them for copy of complaint ( they said this female was video recorded) but they said the best way is to submit a complaint for career reasons as law of country is in favour of females.

I submitted all evidences and HR said that this is a personal relationship and we will not be easy to take back the resignation however we understand all the lies told by this female and she will be asked to leave. Actually in background though the HR investigating case found my case genuine he was forced by some unknown elements to continue with action on me. Not just this they made him tell a lie that they will ask this female to resign as well.

Now nearly 5 months after incident this female is not only retained she is promoted in spite of all evidences produced by me. Now the company is saying we have explained everything and not ready to put in writing even the conclusion. So to the outside world I am a harasser while my entire family was harassed by this female and her husband for 4 years. I said I don’t care about even outcome at least publish outcome shared to me in written form. I have even written to global HR head of this company and no response. Now this person has promoted to a designation where it is a senior level promotion and does not happen easily and she is not even in any proper role for that. So even going by company conclusion on consensual relationship male loses his job and tarnished to world and woman is made a angel and promoted.

I am not able to go legal because my new job is at stake and corporate plays with vulnerability of males like me who have a family to support. I asked them following ethical questions for which I have not got any answer and I have proofs for mails sent to HR of this company

        1. Why wee people who are witness to behaviour of these females not even been questioned and I had given their names?

        2. Why was I not intimated on complaint for 3 weeks?

        3. Why was I threatened and my exit preponed when I started producing facts against this female?

        4. Someone genuine had initiated a 360 degree feedback where my peers and subordinates gave feedback on me but I was forced to exit even before feedback came out

        5. This female had claimed physical force in 2011, I had given names of people who had been with us in these two days. I had asked HR to ask them if they had seen any trauma.

        6. I had produced all chats of this female and her own husband where they claim responsibility as well as abuse by their family

        7. This females own sister writes a mail saying her sisters husband is a harasser and has misbehaved with maids

In spite of producing all these facts in written form companies not only save use such females to destroy because I was a fast tracker and seen as a threat by many.

I will go legal at some point when my family is safe as I am feeling threatened by power of such corporates who pride on their so called ethics of this old business group of India.

Two married people had consensual chat/email/xyz etc, and now your grouse is that woman should be treated equally responsible. Under feminism and so called ‘women-empowerment’ trend, women are supposed to be treated no more responsible than children for anything that goes wrong or doesn’t work up to the feelings or expectation of the woman. Burden of responsibility is always shifted on the man, and your corporate is playing by that book. Many men are willingly cheering and encouraging this trend as joyous spectators.

Maybe people on the fast track shouldn’t work in old business houses, either change to meritorious org, or start own business.
