Yodha Strategies and Techniques – YS101 course

21 Aug 2009 By videv 4 Comments

Imagine you are in Roman era. Slavery exists and cruelty flourishes in abundance. People don’t watch reality shows on TV for entertainment. They watch real humans with flesh and blood fighting as gladiators for their lives in the arena.

👉(Read Online eBook): How to Fight and Reduce Maintenance under CrPC 125 and DV Act 👈

In some sense, being at receiving end of 498A, DV, divorce case, child custody (GWA) case, maintenance under CrPC 124 or HMA 24, 25 etc are enough to make you into a gladiator; and the opponent party, police, laywers, courts, mediators, general public as the watching crowds in Roman arena. Maybe one of your family or friends have managed entry into the crowd and silenty pray that you would live to see another day. The rest of the public does not care much whether you spill all your blood, whether you live or die, or whether you deserved or not to be there in the first place fighting for your dear life.

There are hungry lions at your back and there is a well armed opponent loaded with weapons and full body armour in front of you. You possess a mere shield and a sword as your weapons. What can you do? You can give it up and hope the gods will take care of your fate. Maybe there is justice in the world and someone in the sky is watching over you. Not doing anything maybe as good as suicide since the opponent has to attack you simply to live for another day. If you retreat to avoid opponent the lions will be too happy to devour you and have their hearty lunch for the day.

You can think of opponent as the woman’s party; 498A, Dowry, DV, divorce, maintenance cases being their weapons; her ‘abla nari’ status granted by courts and society as her full body armour; and the lions at the back being lawyers, courts, police etc. Your innocence is your shield and truth is your sword. What a match, you are as good as dead meat right ?

Wrong. Superficially the crowd also thinks the man with sword and shield is seemingly no match for an opponent with full body armour and multiple weapons. The opponent seems to be a trained gladiator whereas this man seems like a slave brought for one day entertainment of the crowds. They expect this man will soon have a spear through his chest or will be getting torn by the lions in short period.

Is a battle decided before it begins? If a match is pre-decided, no one will be watching it right? Whatever be the strengths and weaknesses of two opponents, no one can be very sure how they will fare in that particular match of strength and skill. As they say — it ain’t over till its over.

So you do not have the protection of armour, nor do you have many different weapons. But weapons alone do not make a warrior. It is the training, mental strength, discipline, techniques, and strategy that are brought to bear upon the opponent on the day that will decide the match. The crowds do not know your inner strength and training, they do not know yet that your opponent appears to be a warrior but is really a bumbling, emotional, and out of control fool. The lions baying for your blood are basically beasts and would eat you or the opponent whoever comes within their reach.

READ:  Strategy for Child Custody for Men

You can fight this opponent. Not only that, you are going to kill your opponent. Her supporters in the crowd will be aghast when all that armour makes a thud on the ground, and the seeming warrior turns out to be a sham. You will survive and look the lions in the eye, the sword still in your hands; and let the lions eat your opponent.

Enough analogies. To get back to real world, a commando has to be a Yodha – a warrior. Being a warrior is as much about spirit and training as anything else. Your opponent is armed with many weapons but guess what, she does not know them well enough. She was sent by some supposed well-wishers that she will defeat you easily and then have money and fun. They gave her many weapons like 498A, DV, Dowry act but she received hardly any training on how to use them. A dowry weapon is like a boomerang and if you duck in time and do a counter case it could very well hit her back and knock her on the ground senseless. She is emotional and files many different civil and criminal complaints, sometimes contradicting each other. It is like she tries to swing two weapons with both hands at a time and both weapons get entangled with each other. Individually the weapons could be useful but it requires skill and training which she lacks.

You on the other are a trained and patient warrior. You realize the fact that you don’t have full body armour and many weapons. But whatever you do have, you have learnt to use them well. You can defend with your shield against many different weapons. You can skillfully strike with your sword from many angles and vary the pace of the fight at your will. You can hold your ground for long time merely defending yourself while your opponent gets tired making crazy moves while bearing weight of all that body armour. She is impatient and unskilled and must strike often and strike wildly, but you are skillful and patient, and can parry her blows while giving a good sharp jab once in a while. Given good strategy and execution, you may even turn your opponent’s back towards the lions, so it is she who has to save herself from the laywers, courts etc baying for her blood. Because that is all they care about, not truth or justice but smell of blood and torn flesh.

So to execute good strategy one has to train like a warrior. It is not one-week weight reduction effort or a 3-day English speaking crash course. Learn from some well tested strategies of yodhas of the past and improvise your own techniques as per your battle situation.

Overall Strategy:Below are some basic strategies when both criminal and civil cases are filed. Divorce, RCR, maintenance, 498A etc. Should you file RCR, what if wife files RCR after 498A? Should you file divorce based on cruelty by wife? What to do, what not to do, when to do what are all important things to be learnt and assimilated. When the time comes to strike it is automatic and effortless, and before you know the opponent is struck to the ground senseless and referee is counting till 10 (we are back to civilization, in gladiatorial battle there was no counting to 10). Learning form others’ war-stories:Read and learn about others cases from weekly meetings and yahoo group. Learn how their cases are progressing, if they made any mistakes and how to avoid mistakes in your own case. Just as you can’t learn sword skills by reading a book, you must look at real life cases of others to learn how the game progresses from one stage to another.

What goes around comes around (boomerang) technique:Woman’s father in a government job? Use service conduct rules to file dowry giving complaint.

Patience strategy:The qualities of patience, strategy, while having fun can be seen in this battle:

Hit them once, hit them twice technique: Sometimes a second strike is necessary to throw the opponent to the ground:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/saveindianfamily/message/140254

The possibilities of counterattack vary in each case. Here is all the steps taken by a commando against 498A family, people in government service, police, higher authorities etc. Any sane enemy will think twice when faced with such commando action. Choose and apply techniques which suit your situation:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/saveindianfamily/message/134455

I proclaim my love, it is you who left me technique: This technique is one of patience and strategy where you proclaim truce with enemy knowing well that they will not take the offer. Their support base will erode over time and you will come out as the ‘clean’ party.

If you haven’t found opponent’s weakness, it is because you haven’t tried hard enough.
