Valentine’s day — should men boycott or celebrate it?
In video below, Marc Rudov makes some very good points: Men spend double of what women spend on Valentine’s day. It is kind of Benevolent Sexism (short form BS – also bullshit), and a double standard where women want equality everywhere else when it suits them, e.g. in workplace (only high paying jobs actually), but appeal to men’s sense of being a protector/provider and chivalry on Valentine’s day.
